Northeast Biodiesel Company, LLC will be a sustainable biodiesel plant owned by Co-op Power. It will make 10 million gallons of sustainable biodiesel from recycled vegetable oil. It plans to build on its land in the Greenfield Industrial Park. It has raised $1.6 million in equity, $1 million in subordinated debt, and $2.25 million in loan guarantees to build its $7 million business.

• In Five Years - Northeast Biodiesel aims to raise another $3 million to expand production to 10 million gallons a year.
