The Little Red Hen's Wheat Patch Project Goals

The Little Red Hen's Wheat Patch Project is a radical approach to food production, economic participation and agricultural re-integration. The project will determine what grains grow best in the Pioneer Valley and will develop a local infrastructure for testing, storing, processing and packaging the grain.
